Cell description: Human acute T lymphoblastic leukaemia. Derived from the peripheral blood of a 19 year old male with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia whilst in relapse. A stable T-cell leukaemia line.

Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Sub Culture Routine: Maintain cultures between 5 - 6x 100.000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. A maximum cell density of 1 - 2 x 1.000,000/ml is achieved.
Karyotype: hypertetraploid
