Split Ratio: A ratio of 1:2 to 1:4 is recommended

Propagation: Medium: Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10% Biosafety Level: 1
Comments: Growth is inhibited by 1 unit/ml L-asparaginase. The cells will grow in soft agar.
